Job Requirements
- At least 6 months to a year of progressively responsible experience in restaurant or retail operations or Nekter experience as a Shift Leader
- Valid Food Handlers certification
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs

Job Duties
- Assist Store Manager to hire and retain sufficient customer-oriented employees
- Ensure all write ups are accurately documented and sent to Human Resources in a timely manner
- Ensure that all cleaning and food handling procedures are correct resulting in a clean safe and sanitary environment
- Ensure that items are prepared to recipe and served at the proper temperature and appearance
- Guarantee that quality checks and checklists are conducted consistently
- Fill out and complete Red Book duties accurately and on time
- Write and post employee schedule in absence of General Manager
- Ensure daily and weekly financial goals are met including hourly labor food cost and paper cost
- Maintain manager administrative duties including cash log invoice tracker food and beverage orders and supply orders in absence of General Manager
