Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in quick service restaurant environment
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 10-50 lbs
- Ability to communicate clearly on telephone and in person
- Ability to operate computer devices
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years QSR experience with at least one year in a leadership role
- Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and organized
- Ability to take direction from senior management
- Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train and motivate employees
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts
- Train and develop restaurant staff and ensure training systems are fully implemented
- Assign activities and tasks to team members
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve excellence in performance
- Hold the team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality
- Review and modify practices to continuously improve guest experience
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and uphold brand image
- Analyze operational and financial performance using management information tools
- Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
- Drive long-term sales growth initiatives
- Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
- Consider cost-benefit impact of financial decisions
