Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience with restaurant management in the quick service industry
- Ability to manage a team and oversee a P and L statement
- Ability to handle food cost and labor management
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work 50 hours per week with 10-hour shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Experience in restaurant or quick service management preferred
- Knowledge of profit and loss management, food cost, and labor control
- ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic
Job Duties
- Managing restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Leading and motivating restaurant staff as a team player
- Controlling food costs, labor costs, and managing profit and loss
- Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Completing training and certification in all crew positions and ServSafe
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and time management
- Ensuring dependable attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts
