Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Experience with restaurant management in the quick service industry
  • Ability to manage a team and oversee a P and L statement
  • Ability to handle food cost and labor management
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work 50 hours per week with 10-hour shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Experience in restaurant or quick service management preferred
  • Knowledge of profit and loss management, food cost, and labor control
  • ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic

Job Duties

  • Managing restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Leading and motivating restaurant staff as a team player
  • Controlling food costs, labor costs, and managing profit and loss
  • Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude
  • Completing training and certification in all crew positions and ServSafe
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism and time management
  • Ensuring dependable attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts
