Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • high school graduate or equivalent
  • experience with restaurant management in the quick service industry
  • familiarity with managing p&l, food costs, and labor
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • strong customer service skills
  • pride in serving high-quality food
  • understanding that success depends on team success
  • open availability including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to work 50 hours per week and 10-hour shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate a team to deliver high standards of customer service
  • complete an eight to twelve-week paid training program including certification in all crew positions and servsafe certification
  • manage daily restaurant operations including p&l management, food cost control, and labor scheduling
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • maintain regular and dependable attendance
  • foster a positive work environment and strong team collaboration
  • uphold the brand standards for quality and professionalism
