Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- high school graduate or equivalent
- experience with restaurant management in the quick service industry
- familiarity with managing p&l, food costs, and labor
- ability to work in a team environment
- strong customer service skills
- pride in serving high-quality food
- understanding that success depends on team success
- open availability including weekends and holidays
- willingness to work 50 hours per week and 10-hour shifts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- lead and motivate a team to deliver high standards of customer service
- complete an eight to twelve-week paid training program including certification in all crew positions and servsafe certification
- manage daily restaurant operations including p&l management, food cost control, and labor scheduling
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- maintain regular and dependable attendance
- foster a positive work environment and strong team collaboration
- uphold the brand standards for quality and professionalism
