Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
- 1 year experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area
- Ability to manage multiple departments
- Knowledge of night audit procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 1 year experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related area
- Experience in managing or supervising room operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints and employee concerns effectively
Job Duties
- Opens and closes Front Desk and Housekeeping shifts ensuring completion of checklists and duties
- Runs and reviews critical information contained in room operations reports
- Understands functions of Recreation, Laundry, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, AYS, Front Desk and Concierge/Guest Services operations
- Operates department equipment and reports malfunctions
- Ensures employees have proper supplies and uniforms
- Understands night audit procedures and utilizes reports as necessary
- Complies with loss prevention policies and communicates performance expectations to employees
