Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- 6 months clerical or related office experience
- ability to type at least 40 wpm
- computer literacy with word processing and spreadsheet software
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- strong organizational skills
- knowledge of housing program regulations preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- occasional travel during the workday
- sensitivity to diverse populations
- adherence to equal employment and housing opportunity laws
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Orders office supplies
- schedules maintenance repairs and follows up on work orders
- assists in resident move-in and move-out procedures
- maintains wait list and processes applications
- collects rent and performs bank deposits
- answers telephone and handles office interactions
- prepares recertifications and submits for approval
- maintains accurate resident records
- refers applicants to alternative housing
- ensures application of project and program regulations
- prepares Project Status Reports
- maintains a clean, organized office
- promotes harmonious relations among residents and staff
- maintains professionalism and company loyalty
- participates actively in company culture of inclusivity
