Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to supervise and train staff effectively
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience
- Experience managing operations with annual sales volume of over $1 million
- Ability to analyze and influence budgets and profit and loss statements
- Proven experience supervising and training 5 to 10 or more employees
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service focus
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through maintenance and adherence to food safety procedures
- Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash handling, and reporting
- Prepare and package customer orders promptly to maximize service satisfaction
- Analyze financial reports including profit and loss statements to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition efforts
- Supervise and train restaurant staff
