Job Requirements
- Ability to work various shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, and lift/move items over 75 pounds
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective teamwork abilities
- Commitment to excellent customer service focus
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of restaurant management experience
- Experience managing operations with annual sales volumes over one million dollars
- Proficiency in analyzing budgets and profit and loss statements
- Experience supervising and training teams of five to ten or more employees
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive rapport and drive customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through maintenance and adherence to food safety procedures
- Drive sales via efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting
- Prepare and package customer orders promptly to maximize service
- Analyze financial reports including profit and loss statements to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition
- Supervise and train employees to maintain high performance standards
