Job Requirements

  • One or more years of restaurant management experience
  • one or more years managing operations with annual sales volume of one million dollars or more
  • one or more years experience affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
  • one or more years experience supervising and training 5 to 10 employees
  • proven track record of providing a quality product and maintaining a clean facility
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • intermediate level PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel

Job Qualifications

  • One or more years of restaurant management experience
  • experience managing operations with annual sales of one million dollars or more
  • experience interpreting budgets and P&L statements
  • proven track record of providing quality products and maintaining clean facilities
  • valid driver’s license
  • intermediate computer skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
