Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 5 years of real estate collection experience
  • minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience
  • knowledge of collection policies and loan servicing
  • understanding of foreclosure processes and applicable laws
  • experience with MSM and Temenos preferred
  • effective communication skills
  • strong leadership and coaching abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • in-depth knowledge of collection policies, loan servicing, foreclosure processes, and applicable laws (e.g., FDCPA, RESPA, CFPB regulations)
  • minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience with demonstrated people/management skills
  • minimum of 5 years of real estate collection experience
  • experience within a financial institution is preferred
  • experience with MSP and Temenos is preferred
  • proven effective written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Track and manage delinquent residential real estate loans
  • identify and escalate high-risk accounts for legal action, foreclosure, or charge-off as appropriate
  • review aging and performance reports, evaluate account histories, and recommend collection strategies aligned with OnPoint's risk management policies
  • lead and support collections team members through coaching, performance planning, training, and ongoing feedback
  • set clear team goals, monitor progress, and implement development plans to drive high performance and staff engagement
  • conduct regular one-on-one meetings to promote personal and professional growth
  • promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication, ensuring consistency in policy enforcement and service delivery
