Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 5 years of real estate collection experience
- minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience
- knowledge of collection policies and loan servicing
- understanding of foreclosure processes and applicable laws
- experience with MSM and Temenos preferred
- effective communication skills
- strong leadership and coaching abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- bachelor’s degree is preferred
- in-depth knowledge of collection policies, loan servicing, foreclosure processes, and applicable laws (e.g., FDCPA, RESPA, CFPB regulations)
- minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience with demonstrated people/management skills
- minimum of 5 years of real estate collection experience
- experience within a financial institution is preferred
- experience with MSP and Temenos is preferred
- proven effective written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Track and manage delinquent residential real estate loans
- identify and escalate high-risk accounts for legal action, foreclosure, or charge-off as appropriate
- review aging and performance reports, evaluate account histories, and recommend collection strategies aligned with OnPoint's risk management policies
- lead and support collections team members through coaching, performance planning, training, and ongoing feedback
- set clear team goals, monitor progress, and implement development plans to drive high performance and staff engagement
- conduct regular one-on-one meetings to promote personal and professional growth
- promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication, ensuring consistency in policy enforcement and service delivery
