Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Support ownership in daily operations across both front and back of house

- Help implement and maintain systems that improve consistency and efficiency
- Learn cost controls, inventory management, and vendor relations
- Serve as a leader on the floor, ensuring smooth shifts and guest satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with ownership and staff to maintain a cohesive, productive environment
