Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • food safety certification
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
  • acceptable driving record for roles with significant business driving
  • ability to handle constructive criticism
  • self-motivation and minimal supervision capability
  • strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • one year restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service restaurants
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements

  • knowledge of safety and security regulations

Job Duties

  • assist in overall management of restaurant operations
  • ensure adherence to company guest service standards
  • conduct audits and manage administrative tasks
  • oversee human resource functions including recruitment, training, and performance reviews
  • maintain safety and security policies and procedures
  • ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
  • manage financial controllables such as labor, food costs, and cash handling
  • lead the restaurant team by example to achieve guest satisfaction
  • resolve guest complaints using company guidelines
  • enforce operational procedures including opening, closing, and preventive maintenance
  • monitor compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations
  • implement marketing programs and recognize business patterns
  • communicate effectively with restaurant teams, management, and vendors
