Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- food handler certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- reliable transportation
- consistent availability for a minimum of 40 hours per week
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience making pizzas in a professional kitchen
- experience operating a pizza oven
- experience expediting in a fast-paced restaurant
- experience assisting with kitchen or shift leadership
- front-of-house experience including cash register/POS use
- strong communication and team leadership skills
- ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- clear communication skills with both kitchen and front-of-house team members
Job Duties
- Prepare and stretch pizza dough
- build and bake pizzas in a high-temperature oven
- expedite orders to maintain quality and timing
- maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- assist with daily kitchen operations and shift leadership
- support prep, organization, and cleanliness
- follow and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- step into any role needed during busy service
- provide friendly, efficient counter service
- operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- manage order flow in a high-volume carry-out environment
- ensure a positive guest experience
