Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum two years experience in janitorial, park services, or hospitality
  • at least one year supervisory experience
  • ability to manage labor budgets effectively

  • commitment to safety and guest satisfaction
  • knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety practices
  • ability to handle multiple venues and flexible scheduling

Job Duties

  • Manages daily park services operations including guest service, cleanliness, safety, training, and financial oversight
  • maintains physical presence in the field to monitor quality and safety standards
  • assists with cleaning tasks as needed to meet Universal standards
  • oversees resort-wide cleanliness initiatives ensuring compliance with city regulations
  • approves weekly team schedules
  • handles and reports incidents, team member and guest issues, and operational deficiencies
  • plans and executes special events and cross-departmental requests
  • hires, trains, coaches, and mentors team members
  • provides feedback to foster a safe and respectful workplace
  • establishes and implements initiatives to improve team member and guest satisfaction
  • enforces department policies and procedures
  • collaborates to maintain upkeep of all venues and back-of-house facilities
  • provides duty manager coverage and responds to escalated situations
  • participates in environmental, health and safety programs
  • performs other assigned duties
