Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manages daily park services operations including guest service, cleanliness, safety, training, and financial oversight
- maintains physical presence in the field to monitor quality and safety standards
- assists with cleaning tasks as needed to meet Universal standards
- oversees resort-wide cleanliness initiatives ensuring compliance with city regulations
- approves weekly team schedules
- handles and reports incidents, team member and guest issues, and operational deficiencies
- plans and executes special events and cross-departmental requests
- hires, trains, coaches, and mentors team members
- provides feedback to foster a safe and respectful workplace
- establishes and implements initiatives to improve team member and guest satisfaction
- enforces department policies and procedures
- collaborates to maintain upkeep of all venues and back-of-house facilities
- provides duty manager coverage and responds to escalated situations
- participates in environmental, health and safety programs
- performs other assigned duties
