Job Requirements

  • Assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant to achieve corporate profit objectives
  • Provide guest satisfaction and a friendly work environment
  • Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
  • Work at any station when necessary
  • Ensure highest level of hospitality and service as Manager on Duty
  • Ensure compliance with food standards, quality, and preparation
  • Ensure compliance with guest relations, labor costs, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Prepare and maintain personnel records, schedules, and reports
  • Adhere to company operational procedures
  • Present specials, promotions, and marketing plans per company expectations
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations
  • Make decisions on team member position assignments
  • Manage purchases according to budget and inventory levels
  • Perform disciplinary actions if Manager on Duty is unavailable
  • Escalate disciplinary issues to Manager and General Manager
  • Make all necessary decisions for effective shift operations
  • Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA and other standards
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA and other standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of restaurant or retail leadership experience
  • Great attitude and team energy
  • Day and night availability
  • Must be 18 or older

Job Duties

  • Helping run daily operations with energy and efficiency
  • Coaching your team and leading by example
  • Creating a fun, fast, and friendly vibe for guests
  • Keeping things clean, safe, and running smoothly
  • Managing staffing, inventory, and team performance
  • Assists in creating an environment and culture that is fun, productive, and respectful
  • Ensures compliance with established food standards, food quality, preparation, and production
