- At least 1 year of restaurant or retail leadership experience
- Day and night availability
- A great attitude and team energy
- Ability to assist General Manager in restaurant operations
- Ability to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Capability to handle decision making during shifts
- Ability to maintain punctual and regular attendance

- Strong leadership and team coaching skills
- Ability to manage daily restaurant operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in maintaining safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle staffing and inventory management

Job Duties
- Help run daily operations with energy and efficiency
- Coach your team and lead by example
- Create a fun, fast, and friendly vibe for guests
- Keep things clean, safe, and running smoothly
- Manage staffing, inventory, and team performance
- Assist the General Manager in daily operation of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
