Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred but not required
- Serve Safe certification or ability to become certified
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Experience in the food service or retail industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively
Job Duties
- Assist in the overall operation of a single Panda Express store
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet store financial targets and service standards
- Ensure exceptional guest experience through leadership and teamwork
- Complete over three weeks of management training and ongoing development
- Maintain food safety standards including Serve Safe certification
- Manage flexible work schedules including weekends
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve operational excellence
