- flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius of the store
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certification
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- stand for extended periods
- effective verbal communication
- ability to adapt to dynamic work environment
- capability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Serve Safe certification or ability to obtain
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- experience in fast-paced food service environment is a plus
Job Duties
- assist in managing daily store operations
- hire, manage, and direct store associates
- achieve financial goals and sales targets
- ensure exceptional guest experiences and customer service
- oversee food safety compliance including Serve Safe certification
- lead store leadership training programs
- manage schedules and store flexibility requirements
