- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations
- Hire, train, and manage store associates

- Participate in leadership training and mentorship programs
- Oversee store scheduling and inventory management
