Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work at stores within a 50-mile radius
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certified for food safety
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflicts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • Serve Safe food safety certification
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing store operations to meet financial and customer service goals
  • Hire, train, and manage associates to ensure high performance
  • Implement and maintain safety and food quality standards including Serve Safe certification adherence
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
  • Oversee daily scheduling, inventory control, and labor management
  • Support a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with excellent communication skills
  • Resolve conflicts and manage difficult situations with professionalism
