Job Requirements

- Flexibility to work at stores within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified for food safety
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

- Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Serve Safe food safety certification
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties
- Assist in managing store operations to meet financial and customer service goals
- Hire, train, and manage associates to ensure high performance
- Implement and maintain safety and food quality standards including Serve Safe certification adherence
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Oversee daily scheduling, inventory control, and labor management
- Support a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with excellent communication skills
- Resolve conflicts and manage difficult situations with professionalism
