Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Serve Safe certified
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for benefits

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within the food service industry preferred
  • Serve Safe certification for food safety compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet and exceed financial targets and operational goals
  • Lead and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee inventory management, food safety standards, and compliance with health regulations
  • Conduct training and development sessions for team members to enhance performance
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures to support store productivity
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure service quality
