Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Must meet eligibility requirements for benefits
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in a leadership role within the food service industry preferred
- Serve Safe certification for food safety compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet and exceed financial targets and operational goals
- Lead and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee inventory management, food safety standards, and compliance with health regulations
- Conduct training and development sessions for team members to enhance performance
- Implement and maintain operational procedures to support store productivity
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure service quality
