Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Serve Safe certification
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • willingness to work in a hot, fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing the daily operation of a single store
  • hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
  • ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
  • complete a 3 or more week store leadership training program
  • maintain food safety standards
  • manage store scheduling and staffing
  • handle customer service issues effectively
