- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage conflicts

Job Duties
- Assist in managing the operation of a single store
- Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in paid store leadership training program
- Support the store team in maintaining food safety and quality standards
- Oversee day-to-day store activities and resolve operational issues
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain store success
