- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- able to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to stand for up to four hours
- able to reach across 36-inch counters
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- able to work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments
