Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certification
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and adapt to changing priorities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a leadership or management role preferred
- Serve Safe certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Prior experience in food service or retail management preferred
Job Duties
- Assist with the operation of a single store
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in a comprehensive store leadership training program
- Maintain food safety standards including Serve Safe certification
- Manage scheduling and store operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Support continuous associate development and mentorship
