Job Requirements

- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to stand for up to four hours
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to manage conflicts and adapt to changing priorities

Job Duties
- Assist in the operation of a single store
- hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals
- ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- participate in a paid Store Management Leadership Training program
- motivate and support store team members
- maintain high standards of food safety and service
- manage scheduling and staffing needs
