- flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certification
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- stand for up to four hours

Job Qualifications

- previous leadership or management experience in a retail or food service environment considered an asset

Job Duties
- assist in hiring, managing, and directing store associates
- achieve financial goals for the store
- ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- complete a paid 3 or more weeks of store leadership training program
- maintain food safety standards including Serve Safe certification
- manage conflicts and difficult situations effectively
- adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
