Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
Job Duties
- Assist in the operation of a single store
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in store leadership training programs
- Maintain food safety compliance by being Serve Safe certified
- Manage scheduling including flexible hours and weekends
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment and resolve conflicts
