Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius store location
  • Able to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • Serve Safe certified
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflicts and work under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Serve Safe food safety certification
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of a single store
  • Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial and operational goals
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
  • Participate in paid store leadership training program
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Adapt to flexible working schedules including weekends
  • Manage conflicts and dynamic work environments effectively
