Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius store location
- Able to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and work under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Serve Safe food safety certification
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist in managing the daily operations of a single store
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial and operational goals
- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in paid store leadership training program
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Adapt to flexible working schedules including weekends
- Manage conflicts and dynamic work environments effectively
