Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and adapt to fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer skills for record keeping and scheduling

- Assist in hiring and managing store associates
- Direct daily store operations to achieve financial goals
- Ensure excellent guest experiences and customer satisfaction
