Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Food Safety Serve Safe certified
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Capability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership or management experience in a retail or food service environment preferred
- Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends
Job Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency
- Hire, manage, and direct store associates to achieve financial and operational goals
- Maintain high standards of food safety and customer service
- Implement training programs for team development
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with company standards
- Handle scheduling and payroll activities
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
