Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Food Safety Serve Safe certified
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Capability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership or management experience in a retail or food service environment preferred
  • Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Problem-solving and conflict management abilities
  • Flexible availability including weekends

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency
  • Hire, manage, and direct store associates to achieve financial and operational goals
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and customer service
  • Implement training programs for team development
  • Manage inventory and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Handle scheduling and payroll activities
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
