Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Basic understanding of financial and operational goals in a retail or restaurant setting
Job Duties
- Assist in managing store operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Hire, train, and manage store associates
- Direct and motivate associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure excellent guest experiences and customer service standards
- Oversee store cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations
- Manage scheduling and daily staff coordination
- Participate in ongoing leadership training and development
