Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- knowledge of food safety practices
- availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- knowledge of food safety standards and workplace regulations
- capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- proficiency in inventory management and scheduling software
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders
- prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards
- operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests
- maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms
- assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed
- restock inventory and supplies
- manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations
- offer ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
- find, hire, and develop Taco Bell employees and guide new team members during onboarding
- assist with any safety concerns in the workplace
- report any serious issues to their manager and HR as needed
- conduct food safety and prep audits daily
- conduct daily inventory, monitor performance and share responsibility for cash procedures
- assist with schedule creation and deploy the team correctly
- monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to achieve goals
- monitor inventory and food preparation on a daily basis to adhere to company standards
- responsible for daily inventory, deliveries, restaurant opening and closing, and daily adjustments to shift staffing and crew deployment
- analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllable expenses on a continual basis and take corrective action to meet or achieve margins and sales targets
- maintain day to day responsibility for cash procedures such as bank deposits, making change, opening and closing the restaurant
