Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
  • knowledge of food safety standards and workplace regulations
  • capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • proficiency in inventory management and scheduling software

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders
  • prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards
  • operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests
  • maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms
  • assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed
  • restock inventory and supplies
  • manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations
  • offer ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
  • find, hire, and develop Taco Bell employees and guide new team members during onboarding
  • assist with any safety concerns in the workplace
  • report any serious issues to their manager and HR as needed
  • conduct food safety and prep audits daily
  • conduct daily inventory, monitor performance and share responsibility for cash procedures
  • assist with schedule creation and deploy the team correctly
  • monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to achieve goals
  • monitor inventory and food preparation on a daily basis to adhere to company standards
  • responsible for daily inventory, deliveries, restaurant opening and closing, and daily adjustments to shift staffing and crew deployment
  • analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllable expenses on a continual basis and take corrective action to meet or achieve margins and sales targets
  • maintain day to day responsibility for cash procedures such as bank deposits, making change, opening and closing the restaurant
