Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Capability to perform hands-on operational tasks as needed
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Basic math and cash handling skills

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and cash handling procedures

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders
  • Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards
  • Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house (the line), lobby, and restrooms
  • Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed
  • Restock inventory and supplies
  • Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations
