Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 3-5 years of experience in food service and supervising staff
- Serve Safe certification desired or ability to obtain on the job
- Strong leadership and role-modeling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Skilled at resolving conflicts and maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Apps
- Competent in basic math
- Experienced in planning and executing events, programs, and projects
- Able to focus and perform well in noisy environments

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management preferred
- 3-5 years of food service experience
- Experience supervising staff
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain professionalism

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps

Job Duties
- Manage the staff and operational aspects of breakfast and lunch service at Ruth's Marketplace
- Coordinate and implement staffing and layout plans for special events and commencement meals
- Hire, mentor, and manage employment responsibilities for direct reports including performance evaluations
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and uphold food preparation and sanitation standards
- Facilitate staff interaction with other dining departments such as Production, Catering, and Event Services
- Collaborate with chefs to ensure smooth meal execution and support Marketplace Manager with administrative tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned
