Job Requirements

  • Education degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • Minimum 2 years experience in guest services or management operations for bachelor's degree holders
  • Minimum 4 years experience in guest services or management operations for associate degree holders
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to analyze and improve operational performance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work full time
  • Ability to work on-site at Riviera Beach, Florida

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 4 years experience in guest services or management operations
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 2 years experience in guest services or management operations
  • Proven leadership skills in managing multi-department operations
  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze financial performance and implement improvements
  • Experience with employee engagement and team development

Job Duties

  • Developing and implementing operational strategy aligned with brand business strategy
  • Reviewing guest satisfaction data and identifying areas for improvement
  • Evaluating and providing feedback to operations team on service delivery
  • Conducting public space walk-throughs to ensure maintenance and preventative processes
  • Engaging with employees and guests to assess business needs and opportunities
  • Reviewing financial reports to assess performance against budget
  • Communicating departmental goals clearly to produce desired results
