Job Requirements
- Education degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- Minimum 2 years experience in guest services or management operations for bachelor's degree holders
- Minimum 4 years experience in guest services or management operations for associate degree holders
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to analyze and improve operational performance
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work full time
- Ability to work on-site at Riviera Beach, Florida
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 4 years experience in guest services or management operations
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 2 years experience in guest services or management operations
- Proven leadership skills in managing multi-department operations
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial performance and implement improvements
- Experience with employee engagement and team development
Job Duties
- Developing and implementing operational strategy aligned with brand business strategy
- Reviewing guest satisfaction data and identifying areas for improvement
- Evaluating and providing feedback to operations team on service delivery
- Conducting public space walk-throughs to ensure maintenance and preventative processes
- Engaging with employees and guests to assess business needs and opportunities
- Reviewing financial reports to assess performance against budget
- Communicating departmental goals clearly to produce desired results
