Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
- 1 year supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing others or completion of CSL Plasma Leadership Development program
- 1 year quality experience CSA/CSAb
- Maintain company Technical Training certification
- Knowledge of complex government and industry regulations and ability to monitor compliance
- Manage entire financial responsibility of the center
- Proficient in English
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year supervisory or leadership experience overseeing activities of others or completed CSL Plasma Leadership Development program
- Minimum 1 year quality experience in CSA/CSAb
- Ability to maintain company Technical Training certification
- Knowledge of complex government and industry regulations and monitoring compliance
- Proficient in English
Job Duties
- Ensure the center is inspection ready by managing adherence to SOPs, compliance policies and quality system
- Manage the Quality Control program, calibrations management, monitor compliance to defined processes including sampling, competency checks, trending and analysis of KPIs
- Lead recruitment, hiring, performance reviews, investigations, corrective actions and terminations
- Comply with all HSE, OSHA, federal, state and local regulatory, company policies and procedures
- Follow all HR policies through fair treatment of employees
- Monitor CAPAs and effectiveness checks to ensure resolution of issues
- Travel overnight up to 10% of the time
