Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
  • 1 year supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing others or completion of CSL Plasma Leadership Development program
  • 1 year quality experience CSA/CSAb
  • Maintain company Technical Training certification
  • Knowledge of complex government and industry regulations and ability to monitor compliance
  • Manage entire financial responsibility of the center
  • Proficient in English

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
  • At least 1 year supervisory or leadership experience overseeing activities of others or completed CSL Plasma Leadership Development program
  • Minimum 1 year quality experience in CSA/CSAb
  • Ability to maintain company Technical Training certification
  • Knowledge of complex government and industry regulations and monitoring compliance
  • Proficient in English

Job Duties

  • Ensure the center is inspection ready by managing adherence to SOPs, compliance policies and quality system
  • Manage the Quality Control program, calibrations management, monitor compliance to defined processes including sampling, competency checks, trending and analysis of KPIs
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, performance reviews, investigations, corrective actions and terminations
  • Comply with all HSE, OSHA, federal, state and local regulatory, company policies and procedures
  • Follow all HR policies through fair treatment of employees
  • Monitor CAPAs and effectiveness checks to ensure resolution of issues
  • Travel overnight up to 10% of the time
