Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management, business or related field
  • Two years dining room supervisor experience
  • One year host or cashier experience
  • Two years waiter experience
  • TIPS certification
  • Food safety certification
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise nightly restaurant and bar operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain visible presence on the floor during peak periods
  • support servers, bartenders, and hosts as needed
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and consistently
  • Assist in managing table turns, wait times, seating flow, and overall guest experience
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, using service recovery tools when needed
  • Lead weekly beverage inventory with emphasis on accuracy, documentation, and cost controls
