- Two years dining room supervisor experience
- One year host or cashier experience
- Two years waiter experience
- TIPS certification
- Food safety certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise nightly restaurant and bar operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service aligned with brand standards
- Maintain visible presence on the floor during peak periods
- support servers, bartenders, and hosts as needed
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and consistently
- Assist in managing table turns, wait times, seating flow, and overall guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, using service recovery tools when needed
- Lead weekly beverage inventory with emphasis on accuracy, documentation, and cost controls
