Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, marketing, or related field
- minimum of three years of experience in hospitality industry
- at least one year in supervisory or assistant management role
- proven hospitality and event coordination experience
- strong organizational and communication skills
- knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and KPI interpretation
- flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and evenings
- ability to lift 40lbs on occasion
- valid U.S. Passport
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- experience with reservation or customer management platforms a plus
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- commitment to brand standards
- willingness to travel up to 30%
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, marketing, or related field

- proven experience in hospitality, event coordination, or guest services
- strong organizational and communication skills
- demonstrated financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
- ability to interpret key performance indicators
- experience developing and tracking program KPIs

- experience with reservation or customer management systems a plus
- ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- experience training or mentoring team members
- strong organizational and time management skills

- WSET Level 2 certification required
- previous experience in luxury hospitality or premium consumer brands preferred
- demonstrated success in delivering high-touch guest experiences
- strong understanding of Napa Valley's wine industry and market trends
- familiarity with CRM systems

Job Duties
- Design and deliver engaging guest experiences and educational event programming
- coordinate all aspects of event hospitality ensuring seamless, consistent, and memorable interactions
- manage event logistics and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- maintain highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation for event environments
- develop and adhere to standard operating procedures
- support staffing schedules and resource allocation
- track key performance indicators related to event revenue and guest engagement
- provide input for monthly business reporting
- cultivate relationships with industry partners, trade organizations, and corporate clients
- manage guest feedback and collaborate on destination marketing efforts
- oversee maintenance and readiness of all event spaces
- promote Robert Mondavi Winery as a premier Napa Valley destination
- support cross-functional teamwork with Brand, Direct to Consumer, Public Relations, and Human Resources teams
- ensure unified messaging and brand integrity across all events
