Job Requirements
- associate's degree or higher in food service or related field
- equivalent education or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications
- 2 years progressively responsible experience managing a similar food service operation
- experience in a high volume food service establishment preferred

Job Duties
- provide support and assistance to the unit manager in scheduling
- manage time and attendance tracking
- supervise, coach, and train unit employees including students, unions, and student managers
- be hands on and present on the floor during peak times to support employees and provide excellent customer service
- implement and maintain all operational procedures and programs related to dining operations
