Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of retail management experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have valid driver license
- Ability to work a rotating three-week schedule with approximately 45 hours per week
- Positive work ethic with high standard for integrity
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs
- Organized and detailed approach

Job Duties
- Teach coach and provide leadership to store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee daily operations of food service function grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels kitchen equipment safety and cleanliness
- Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed
- Build a successful team by fostering an environment of trust
- Communicate effectively with leadership team members
