Job Requirements
- Three years supervisory experience in recreational activities
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 45 pounds independently and heavier with assistance
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships
- Knowledge of NAF policies and procedures preferred
- Experience with Rec Trac or RMS preferred
- Compliance with safety and operational standards
Job Qualifications
- Three years supervisory experience in recreational activities, preferably at a beach recreational facility
- Experience with Rec Trac or RMS property management software preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff and officials
- Knowledge of NAF policies and procedures preferred
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently
Job Duties
- Assist the manager in supervising and managing beach recreational activities
- Plan and implement program phases and projects
- Handle problems and deviations according to procedures
- Train new employees and provide staff coaching and mentoring
- Manage budgets, monitor sales and profits, and handle daily deposits
- Assist event coordinator in organizing special events
- Provide world-class customer service and resolve guest complaints
- Enforce safety, fire, sanitation, and security standards
- Maintain compliance with EEO and sexual harassment prevention programs
- Assume managerial duties in the manager's absence
