Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurants

Job Duties

  • Adhere to all MCA and Brand operating procedures and ensure supervision of their compliance
  • attend and contribute to management meetings
  • schedule and lead pre-shift and post-shift meetings and communicate with staff
  • ensure timely completion of supervisor and employee duties and assignments
  • receive, record, and reconcile deliveries and inventories
  • maintain adequate food and beverage stock and display
  • complete daily reporting reflecting MCA and Brand procedures
  • suggest strategies to increase revenue
  • handle all cash payments and complete end-of-night reports
  • ensure balancing and accounting of cash items daily
  • manage cleanliness of restaurant, market, and bar
  • document waste, transfers, promotional stock, breakages, and spillages
  • monitor orientation, training, development, and performance management of staff
  • create weekly staff schedules adhering to budget
  • assess employee strengths and development needs
  • enforce punctuality and appropriate attire
  • meet with underperforming staff for improvement discussions
  • record any accidents or illnesses using reporting procedures
  • conduct menu briefings and quizzes regularly
  • communicate with General Manager for smooth operations
  • ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
  • address staff performance issues with GM
  • maintain high levels of guest service and handle complaints efficiently
  • perform additional duties as directed
  • manage labor costs, budgets, and projections
  • oversee food and beverage costs per budget
  • conduct FOH/BOH repairs and cleanliness
  • perform safety inspections and document findings
  • ensure storerooms and loading areas are clean and organized
