Job Requirements

  • Experience with restaurant management in the quick service industry with recent relevant experience managing a team
  • Familiarity with managing a P&L, food costs, and labor
  • Must love to work in a team environment and bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
  • Enjoy giving excellent customer service with a smile
  • Pride in serving only the highest quality of food
  • Understanding that success depends on the success of others
  • Willingness to work open availability including weekends, holidays, and 10-hour shifts totaling approximately 50 hours per week
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Preferred experience of two years in restaurant management within the quick service industry
  • Knowledge of managing profit and loss statements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage food and labor costs
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Complete an eight to twelve-week paid management training program involving certification in all crew positions and ServSafe Certification
  • Conduct timed skills tests, written tests, and participate in classroom sessions
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including team leadership and motivation
  • Oversee financial aspects such as managing a P&L, controlling food costs, and labor management
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards for food quality
  • Foster a positive and professional team environment with regular and dependable attendance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
