Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years QSR experience with at least one year in a leadership position
- Ability to lift equipment and cases weighing 10-50 lbs
- Must be able to speak and hear clearly on the telephone and in person
- Must be able to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet
- Must have a valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts
- Responsible for the training and development of restaurant staff ensuring systems for training employees are implemented and followed
- Assign activities and tasks
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Hold team accountable for consistently delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence to brand systems, procedures, and food safety requirements
- Review practices and modify as needed to improve the guest experience
- Maintain brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and service
- Partner with the General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance using management tools
- Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
- Focus on long term sales growth initiatives for profitable sales growth
- Consider cost/benefit impact of financial decisions and protect the brand
- Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
