Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years QSR experience with at least one year in a leadership position
  • Ability to lift equipment and cases weighing 10-50 lbs
  • Must be able to speak and hear clearly on the telephone and in person
  • Must be able to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts
  • Responsible for the training and development of restaurant staff ensuring systems for training employees are implemented and followed
  • Assign activities and tasks
  • Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
  • Hold team accountable for consistently delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence to brand systems, procedures, and food safety requirements
  • Review practices and modify as needed to improve the guest experience
  • Maintain brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and service
  • Partner with the General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance using management tools
  • Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
  • Focus on long term sales growth initiatives for profitable sales growth
  • Consider cost/benefit impact of financial decisions and protect the brand
  • Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
