Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years quick-service restaurant experience
  • At least one year of leadership experience
  • Excellent prioritization interpersonal problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Ability to take direction from higher-level individuals
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to recruit hire coach train and motivate employees
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift equipment and cases weighing 10 to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to speak and hear clearly on phone and in person
  • Must be able to operate a computer tablet or desktop
  • Willingness to work reasonable accommodations if needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment selection and training efforts
  • Train and develop restaurant staff ensuring training systems are fully implemented and followed
  • Assign activities and tasks to team members
  • Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Manage daily restaurant activities to achieve operational excellence
  • Hold team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence with brand standards
  • Review and modify practices to continuously improve the guest experience
  • Maintain brand image through restaurant cleanliness maintenance and excellent service
  • Partner with General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance using management information tools
  • Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
  • Develop long term sales growth initiatives to drive profitable growth
  • Consider cost benefit impact of financial decisions and protect the brand
  • Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
