Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years quick-service restaurant experience
- At least one year of leadership experience
- Excellent prioritization interpersonal problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and organized
- Ability to take direction from higher-level individuals
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to recruit hire coach train and motivate employees
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift equipment and cases weighing 10 to 50 pounds
- Must be able to speak and hear clearly on phone and in person
- Must be able to operate a computer tablet or desktop
- Willingness to work reasonable accommodations if needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment selection and training efforts
- Train and develop restaurant staff ensuring training systems are fully implemented and followed
- Assign activities and tasks to team members
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily restaurant activities to achieve operational excellence
- Hold team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence with brand standards
- Review and modify practices to continuously improve the guest experience
- Maintain brand image through restaurant cleanliness maintenance and excellent service
- Partner with General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance using management information tools
- Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
- Develop long term sales growth initiatives to drive profitable growth
- Consider cost benefit impact of financial decisions and protect the brand
- Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
