Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old to comply with state and federal laws
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years quick service restaurant experience
  • At least one year in a leadership position
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 10-50 lbs
  • Ability to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
  • Ability to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts
  • Support training and development of restaurant staff, ensuring training systems are implemented and followed
  • Assign activities and tasks to team members
  • Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve operational excellence
  • Hold team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality adhering to brand systems and food safety requirements
  • Review and modify practices to continuously improve the guest experience
  • Maintain brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards
  • Partner with General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance
  • Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
  • Focus on long term sales growth initiatives
  • Consider cost-benefit impacts of financial decisions and protect the brand
  • Monitor costs and adherence to budgets and goals
