Job Requirements
- minimum two years of food and beverage or mini-bar experience in a high volume luxury hotel or casino including six months in a supervisory position
- valid Food Handler's Card
- valid Alcohol Awareness Card
- ability to communicate, read and write in English fluently and professionally
- ability to multi-task and work within a team environment
- must be at least 21 years of age

- proficiency with MS Office and Point of Sale systems

Job Duties
- ordering, issuing and organizing mini bar products
- supervising mini bar staff
- filling and maintaining mini bars
- following through consistently to achieve department objectives
- providing guest service according to Wynn Las Vegas standards
