Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years QSR experience
  • at least one year leadership experience
  • ability to lift 10-50 lbs
  • clear verbal and telephone communication skills
  • ability to operate computer and tablets
  • valid driver’s license
  • operable personal cell phone if delivering catering orders
  • follow company safety procedures when delivering
  • able to work in fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years QSR experience
  • at least one year in a leadership position
  • excellent prioritization interpersonal problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • highly motivated and organized
  • able to take direction from higher-level positions
  • demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • comfortable working in fast-paced environment
  • proven ability to recruit hire coach train and motivate employees
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment selection and training efforts
  • train and develop restaurant staff ensuring training systems are implemented
  • assign activities and tasks to team members
  • comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • manage daily activities to achieve operational excellence
  • hold team accountable for excellent guest service and food quality
  • review and modify practices to improve guest experience
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and service standards
  • partner with General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance
  • identify trends and implement improvement plans
  • develop long term sales growth initiatives
  • consider cost benefit impact of financial decisions
  • monitor costs adherence to budget and restaurant goals
