Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years QSR experience with leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift 10-50 lbs
- Ability to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
- Ability to operate a computer or tablet
- If delivering catering orders, must have an operable personal cell phone and use it to track orders according to company safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years QSR experience with at least one year in a leadership position
- Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and organized
- Ability to take direction from higher-level individuals
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train, and motivate employees
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts
- In conjunction with the General Manager, responsible for training and development of restaurant staff
- Assign activities and tasks
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Hold restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence to brand systems and food safety requirements
- Review practices and modify as needed to continuously improve the guest experience
